Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations: Appointments cancelled 24 or more hours prior to the appointment start time, there will not be a cancellation fee. However, a rescheduling fee could be added on to your rescheduled appointment. Failure to pay the fee will result in no longer booking or receiving services at Maen & Co. Salon + Spa. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of the services cost. A rescheduling fee will also be added on to your rescheduled appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation or rescheduling fee will result in no longer booking or receiving services at Maen & Co. Salon + Spa.
